Product Overview
CAMTOP Long Sweep Манифольд Fittings are forged high-pressure fittings designed for cementing, mud circulation, and manifold systems where smooth flow and reduced pressure drop are critical. Manufactured from AISI 4130 alloy steel forgings, their extended sweep geometry—with a minimum 2D bend-radius design reference—helps reduce turbulence, pressure loss, and localized wear at directional changes in the flow path.
The range covers nominal sizes from 2 to 7 inches and pressure classes from 5,000 to 20,000 psi. Configurations include 90° and 45° long sweep elbows, full-flow tees, reducing tees, long sweep tees, tees with integral bull plug, crosses, bends, and goosenecks. Both standard and NACE MR-0175 sour-service options are available.
