Ключ torque system consists of tong torque load cell, tong torque Манометр (installed in the driller Дисплей), and hydraulic hose.
Нагрузка cell installed in the wire line of the power tong, when the drill pipe screws, it will be the pulling force which is proportional with the tightening torque on the wire line rope. This pulling force act on hydraulic fluid through Поршень of load cell, connect wire line to transmit on the bourdon tube of the Манометр. The bourdon tube moves, it makes the pointer through the movement, then indicates the force of the power tong.
Use power tong or casing tongs, May not use load cells, connects wire line in power tong or in casing tongs hydraulic pressure source directly.
