Description

CAMTOP Gas Charging Клапан — Reliable Pre-Charge Solution for Bladder Accumulators

The CAMTOP Gas Charging Клапан is a precision-engineered pre-charge / gas valve designed for installation on bladder-type hydraulic accumulators used in ПВО control systems, wellhead panels, and other high-pressure hydraulic circuits. Кованый from high-strength carbon steel with a stainless steel valve stem and a corrosion-resistant brass cap, every valve is factory pressure-tested to deliver leak-tight service from 1,500 PSI up to 10,000 PSI.

Engineered to API-style accumulator mounting interfaces, the CAMTOP gas valve accepts industry-standard 7/8″-14 UNF charging and gas ports, allowing operators to pre-charge nitrogen with a standard gas charging kit. Viton® and NBR O-ring options cover standard and low-temperature service, while the stainless valve seat provides repeatable sealing performance over thousands of charge/discharge cycles.

CAMTOP Gas Charging Клапан — standard 7/8″-14 UNF configuration

Key Features

  • Wide Pressure Range: 1,500 PSI to 10,000 PSI working pressure covers 1-quart to 15-gallon bladder accumulators.
  • Кованый Carbon Стальной Корпус: High-strength steel hex body with zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance in harsh offshore and onshore environments.
  • Brass Клапан Cap: Precision-machined brass cap (AI-S-303) for repeatable nitrogen charging; stainless steel cap option (AI-S-303-SS-316) available for sour service (H₂S).
  • Stainless Стальной Клапан Core: Type 304/316 stainless internal poppet (AI-S-304) provides leak-tight sealing and extended cycle life.
  • Standard UNF Threads: 7/8″-14 UNF OD thread, 3/8″-24 UNF, 1/2″-20 UNF, 5/8″-18 UNF, and 0.305″-32 UNEF thread options for direct fit on all major accumulator brands.
  • Кольцо уплотнительное Sealed: NBR (standard) or Viton® (high-temp) O-ring at the mounting interface; field-replaceable without removing the valve from service.
  • 100% Factory Pressure Tested: Every valve is helium-leak tested at rated working pressure before shipment.
  • Repairable Design: All wearing parts (valve core, cap, O-ring) available as individual replacement kits — no need to scrap the complete valve.
  • API / ASME Compliant: Designed to ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII accumulator standards; suitable for API 16D ПВО control systems.
  • Traceable Manufacturing: Each valve serialized with material certifications (EN 10204 3.1) and pressure-test reports supplied on request.

Working Principle

The CAMTOP gas charging valve uses a poppet-style check mechanism: the stainless steel valve core (item 1) is spring-loaded against a precision-machined seat. During factory or field pre-charging, a gas charging kit is connected to the valve cap; opening the cap lifts the poppet and allows nitrogen to flow into the gas side of the bladder accumulator. Once the desired pre-charge pressure is reached, the cap is closed and the poppet seats, providing a leak-tight seal.
