A Буровая катушка, also referred to as a Mud Cross, is pressure-containing piece of equipment which is a flanged joint placed between the blowout preventer and casing head or between BOPs that serve as a spacer or crossover. Drilling spool is often used with Blowout Preventers to space pieces of equipment apart. It is fitted with outlets to attach lines extending to Choke and Kill Manifolds. Drilling spools normally have the same nominal top and bottom end connections while side outlets may differ from each other. Top, bottom and side end connections can be studded or flanged.
All of Camtop’s drilling spools (Mud Cross) are designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 16A standards. Our drilling spools are available in sizes from 1-13/16″ to 21-1/4″ and working pressure up to 20000PSI. The standard material for drilling spools is high quality integral forged AISI 4130 alloy steel, other material and sizes are also available upon request.

CAMTOP Dual Split Буровая труба Wiper is a high-quality rig-floor accessory designed to clean drilling mud, oil, debris, and fluids from the drill pipe as it is hoisted out of the hole. Manufactured from long-lasting, durable rubber compound (Natural Резиновый or Nitrile NBR) that is resistant to water, oil-based drilling mud, mud acid, and alkali, with a steel reinforcing ring molded in place for added structural support. The dual-split (clam-shell) design allows the wiper to be installed or removed around an existing drill string without disassembling the rig — ideal for land and offshore drilling operations.
Available in OD sizes from 9″ to 26″ (including 17″, 19″, 22″, 26″) and inner bore sizes from 2 3/8″ to 5″ to fit standard drill pipe, drill collar, and casing connections. Manufactured in compliance with API 7K, API 6A, API 8C, ISO 9001 specifications.

How It Works
The CAMTOP Буровая труба Wiper is mounted on the rotary table or below the drill floor. As the drill string is hoisted up out of the hole, the rubber wiper blades engage the pipe OD and scrape off drilling mud, oil, water, and debris as the pipe passes through. This keeps the rig floor clean and prevents slippery, hazardous conditions for the crew, while also reducing mud loss and environmental contamination. The dual-split design allows the two halves to be wrapped around the drill pipe without breaking the string.

Designed and manufactured to API 6A / API 7K, this skid-mounted manifold assembly integrates multiple API 6A mud gate valves, hammer-union or flanged line pipe, fittings and instrumentation into a compact, surface-tested circulating system. How the Drilling Fluid Манифольд Works
Drilling fluid is drawn from the mud tank / mud pit by the suction side of the triplex mud pump (e.g. F-500 / F-800 / F-1300 / F-1600 / BOMCO 1600). The pressurized fluid enters the manifold through the suction header, passes through isolating and throttling mud gate valves, and exits through the discharge header to the standpipe, rotary hose, and finally the top-drive or kelly. CAMTOP typically designs the manifold with a primary loop and a bypass (secondary) loop:
- Primary Loop — standard flow path for routine drilling; carries 100% of circulating volume.
- Bypass Loop — allows isolation of the primary line during valve maintenance without interrupting circulation.
- Переводник Valves — connect the two loops so flow can be re-routed within seconds.
- Pressure Gauges — installed at pump discharge, manifold outlet and standpipe for real-time ECD monitoring.
- Relief Valves — protect against thermal-pressure buildup and pump over-pressure.
- Sample / Drain Ports — for drilling-fluid sampling and full-bore blow-down.
The double-loop architecture means that operators can isolate a leaking valve, depressurize the affected section, and re-route mud through the bypass loop — all without shutting down the rig. This is the principle difference between a CAMTOP mud manifold and a single-line piping arrangement.

Lift Переводник enables the safe, efficient handling of straight OD tubulars such as drill collars, shock tools, jars, directional equipment and other tools by using the drill pipe elevators. Typical overall length is 48″.
Lift Plug is a small, easy-to-handle sub that makes up on top of the drill collar. It has a lifting flange that serves as a safety stop when drill collars without elevator recesses are being tripped out of the hole. The center section is bored out to reduce weight for easy handling. Typical overall length is 12″.

CAMTOP Integral Blade Стабилизатор (IBS) is a one-piece rotating stabilizer designed for demanding oilfield drilling operations. It can be placed near the bit or at any position within the drill string to provide superior stabilization of the bottom hole assembly (BHA).
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with optional non-magnetic material, the CAMTOP Integral Blade Стабилизатор prevents differential sticking of the drillstring by keeping drill collars and drill pipes centered and away from the borehole wall. Product Overview
CAMTOP Integral Blade Стабилизатор (IBS) is a one-piece rotating stabilizer designed for demanding oilfield drilling operations. It can be placed near the bit or at any position within the drill string to provide superior stabilization of the bottom hole assembly (BHA).
Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with optional non-magnetic material, the CAMTOP Integral Blade Стабилизатор prevents differential sticking of the drillstring by keeping drill collars and drill pipes centered and away from the borehole wall. This stabilizer reduces vibration, drill pipe whirl, and wellbore tortuosity while maintaining consistent drilling trajectory whether drilling straight, horizontal, or directional wells.
