CAMTOP Drill Pipe Float Клапан (DPFV) — Plunger & Flapper Series
Drill Pipe Float Valves (DPFV) are one-way check valves installed inside the drill string to prevent drilling fluid, cuttings, and formation back-flow from entering the drill pipe while making connections. CAMTOP DPFVs are manufactured as direct equivalents to Baker SPD Models F, FA, G, GA, GC, and GCA — covering both plunger type (F, FA) and flapper type full-flow (G, GA, GC, GCA) configurations. Each valve is forged from heat-treated alloy steel, precision-machined to API 7K / 6A / 8C and ISO tolerances, and individually pressure-tested before shipment.
Available in ten drill pipe sizes from 1R (1") through 6F (5-11/16") with matched metal and rubber repair kits, CAMTOP DPFVs are the reliable, cost-effective alternative to OEM drill pipe float valves for conventional and horizontal drilling operations worldwide.

The CAMTOP Model F plunger type drill pipe float valve is engineered for instant shut-off when making connections. The spring-loaded plunger design prevents flow-back into the drill string, keeping drill cuttings out of the bore and protecting downhole tools. Standard H48013 family (economy grade) and H48043 family (heavy-duty alloy grade) are both available.
