CAMTOP Dual Split Буровая труба Wiper is a high-quality rig-floor accessory designed to clean drilling mud, oil, debris, and fluids from the drill pipe as it is hoisted out of the hole. Manufactured from long-lasting, durable rubber compound (Natural Резиновый or Nitrile NBR) that is resistant to water, oil-based drilling mud, mud acid, and alkali, with a steel reinforcing ring molded in place for added structural support. The dual-split (clam-shell) design allows the wiper to be installed or removed around an existing drill string without disassembling the rig — ideal for land and offshore drilling operations.
Available in OD sizes from 9″ to 26″ (including 17″, 19″, 22″, 26″) and inner bore sizes from 2 3/8″ to 5″ to fit standard drill pipe, drill collar, and casing connections. Manufactured in compliance with API 7K, API 6A, API 8C, ISO 9001 specifications.

How It Works
The CAMTOP Буровая труба Wiper is mounted on the rotary table or below the drill floor. As the drill string is hoisted up out of the hole, the rubber wiper blades engage the pipe OD and scrape off drilling mud, oil, water, and debris as the pipe passes through. This keeps the rig floor clean and prevents slippery, hazardous conditions for the crew, while also reducing mud loss and environmental contamination. The dual-split design allows the two halves to be wrapped around the drill pipe without breaking the string.
