The ZQ127/25 Drill Pipe Power Ключ is a mouth-opening type hydraulic power tong designed for makeup and breakout of 2-3/8″ to 3-1/2″ drill pipe, 2-3/8″ to 4-1/2″ tubing, and 4-1/2″ to 5-1/2″ casing in oilfield workover and well servicing operations. Operation Highlights
- Lifting: Close throttle valve, open stop valve to lift the tong. Open throttle valve and stop valve to lower
- Height Lock: Close stop valve at desired height. Open throttle valve for normal make-up/break-out operation
- Breakout: Move the pin axle to the lowest hole on the guide pole for breakout operations
- Safety Door: Must be closed for operation. Opening the door immediately stops all tong movement via flexible shaft reversing valve
- Leveling: Adjust adjusting screws on lifting bar to keep tong level for proper clamping
- Back Guy: Must be tied to rig structure, vertical to the drill pipe during make-up. Rated load: 50 kN
